The New Jersey rapper, Sudden Death, has launched a free-to-play track which mocks the drug industry's direct-to-consumer advertising. The song, titled Pillagers, describes the experience of a man taking two dozen pills for various conditions and being prescribed the drug Liquiplox that "relaxes the lining of your throat making it easier to take pills". "Liquiplox isn't for everyone. People without health insurance or who otherwise may be unable to pay should not take Liquiplox. Do not stop taking any of your other medications without consulting your doctor as this may cause an unsafe drop in our profit margins."

Now tracks from this album have mysteriously appeared on the Internet, delighting her fans. The irony is that for all the bad-guy-image Sony may inherit from this scenario, they'll probably ride this net-buzz all the way to the bank, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone in the company actually leaked the album to create a buzz.

A week after the Jessica Simpson debacle where her lip synch tape screws up and she blames it on acid reflux and/or her band, Eminem shows up to perform his Internet cult-hit "Mosh" only to be lip synching it? What is the freaking deal here? Granted, I am admitting that I am still watching SNL even though it is falling into another one of those "sh*t phases" like during Joe Piscapo's "reign" of the 80s (word is if you run into Joe these days, he'll knock 10 cents off the price of super-sizing your Big Mac value meal), but even so, I can't believe the inconsistency would be this blatant? Tell me I'm a fool for believin'.
