An still to this day some 5 months after the storm the City of New Orleans, and the entire Gulf coast only get about 30 words out of Bush at the state of the union address. Also Bush is going to ask for something like $120 billion for the military over the next year and a sagering $18 billion for the gulf coast to rebuild.
